Wishlist Images takes the issue of your privacy seriously.

When you register to search for or download images you supply the following data:-

e-mail address
Password
Name address
Company name
Phone number
Type of business

This information enables us to:-
• send you our e-mail newsletter and information regarding offers or promotions. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails i let us know we will remove your e-mail address from the list.
• contact you if there is a problem with your download
• check how much you have spent in cleared funds in a three month period to send out your ‘wishes’.
• administer ‘wishes’ ie make donations to the ‘Make a Wish Foundation’ or e-mail ‘Amazon e-vouchers’
• Monitor the keywords that you enter and other usage to allow us to maximise the suitability of photographs we include on our website

If you pay by credit card you supply the following data:-
card number
name of cardholder
start/expiry date
Security number

This information is held by PayPal and not Wishlist Images.

If you are an account holder you supply the following data:-
Address
Telephone number
e-mail address
Job title
Reference number
Name of the person to whom the invoice should be directed

This information enables us to:-
• send an invoice with all the relevant information to the accounts depatment

We abide by the eight data protection principles with which we need to comply under the Data Protection act.
Data shall be:
1. fairly and lawfully processed
The login details are entered by the client
2. processed for limited purposes
The questions on the form are directly associated with the purchase or commissioning of photographs through Wishlist Images Ltd and are not used for gathering extra data
3. adequate, relevant and not excessive

4. accurate
The login details are entered by the client
5. not kept longer than necessary
We will only keep the information for as long as necessary
6. processed in accordance with the subject’ rights

Login details are only accessible to Wishlist Images staff who have been granted permission to enter the administration section of the website
